Android Developer (3-month contract)

We are seeking an Android Developer experienced with Kotlin and RxKotlin for a 3-month contract. As an Android developer, you will be responsible for creating readable, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry-wide best practices and styles, ensuring pixel-perfect design.

Job Description

• Deploy applications to the SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Highly motivated professional with strong people skills to facilitate communication between onsite and offshore customers and team members.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Team Leads on new or changed function requests.
• Collaborate with project managers, quality assurance engineers, and stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Help maintain code quality, uphold coding standards, and streamline the development workflow.
• Adhere to specified coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.

Job Requirements

• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Well-versed in working with advanced clean architectures, including modular MVVM.
• Proficient in designing Pixel-Perfect Mobile Applications using XML, JetPack Compose, and in using modern animation frameworks for screen transitions and object animations.
• Experienced in developing applications using background services, threads, location services, Bluetooth, Camera, Local Storage, RoomDB, and SQLite.
• Proficient in solving real-world problems and bugs with fast debugging skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Miro.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.
• Well-versed in Enhanced Git Flow; able to use SourceTree effectively.
