Transforming Sports Streaming with Multi-View on beIN Sports Connect

Since 2022, we partnered with beIN Sports Connect to reimagine their digital experience across four platforms: Desktop, Mobile App, Tablet App, and TV App. Our mission was to redefine the sports streaming experience and improve how viewers watch live matches.

As beIN’s trusted partner in digital experiences, covering UI/UX design and research, we introduced a range of core functionality improvements, from adding videos to a watchlist for game reminders to enhancing the video-watching experience. One of the most engaging features we developed together was the Multi-View experience on their desktop platform—a feature designed to enrich how fans keep up with multiple live events at once.

Bringing Multiple Matches to One Screen

Sports viewing is all about excitement, where every second counts. But what happens when multiple matches are on at the same time, and you don’t want to miss any of them? That’s where the Multi-View feature comes in, allowing users to watch several games on one screen.

While the previous multi-view setup was functional, it had limitations. It didn’t effectively display multiple videos at once, lacked clear visual controls, and offered limited options for customisation to meet individual viewing needs.

To truly enhance the Multi-View feature, we focused on making it easy to use, flexible, and adaptable. Here’s how we approached it:
